3. We will email a proof within 1-2 business days.
4. Once approved, your order will go into production.
5. Your order will ship & you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Rush service is available, please email us for a quote.

Free engraving on all HATS. Add names for $3.00 each.
Business Logos are FREE with orders (vector file is required format AI, EPS, CDR in black ).
We offer a logo cleanup service at $35 for standard logos.

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days from time of art approval.

We have a 1-3 day service* at an additional charge. This service is available on items that are in stock only. * Production starts the following day after art approval is sent back by 12 noon Eastern time. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, E-CHECK, company checks, or cashier’s checks. If you would like to prepay by check, we can e-mail the total invoice. If you would like a referral in your state we can provide this as well. This helps keep our costs down to our customers. We have been in business since 1993 and have customers small and large in every state.

The best artwork for us is line or vector art in EPS, CDR, AI version 23 or lower, or PDF. The artwork must be clean, black and white camera-ready artwork @ 300 DPI. This is essential for laser engraving. Artwork may be provided in CorelDraw 23 or lower, EPS, AI, AND TIFF format for IBM-PC. Fonts must be converted to curves.

If you are not sure about artwork quality, print the art out on a laser printer. This will show the print quality. Artwork does not get better after e-mailing the art. We are located in Swainsboro, GA. USA. Central Georgia about 30 miles from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA and in the heart of Vidalia onion country.

Free Set-up on logos for orders providing Vector Logos. If you need your bitmap raster logo converted to vector, we offer a one-time $35 logo cleanup and conversion service. This is very competitive pricing!
Logos will be kept on file for lifetime for future use. You won’t be charged but once for the exact same logo.

Yes, all workmanship is guaranteed. We stand behind every item we sell and make. Very seldom do we ever have a problem with workmanship. At Martin we take our quality and service very seriously. We go an extra step to make sure that every job is done right. All damaged items must be reported upon receiving your order. No refunds on custom work, only replacement of damaged items. We will cover ground freight on damaged items being delivered.

If your shipping address is in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for a quote, as the price will vary depending on the size of your order. Unfortunately, you will also be excluded from receiving free shipping, as well.
